Konferenca “Drejt një Ekonomie Blu të Qëndrueshme dhe Innovative, në rajonin Adriatiko-Jonian” është ngjarja më e fundit e një projekti disa vjeçar, që lindi si partneritet i universiteteve, biznesit, organizatave të shoqërisë civile dhe institucioneve publike që synoi:
• Krijimin e rrjeteve për përfshirjen e sa më shumë aktorëve në këtë ekonomi;
• Krijimin e një platforme dialogu për të ndarë sfidat e përbashkëta të rajonit dhe eksperiencat pozitive;
• Afrimin e komunitetit të kërkueseve shkencore me biznesin dhe institucionet publike;
• Formësimin dhe kapitalizimin e dijeve që vijnë si rezultat i studimeve, vrojtimeve dhe kërkimeve të realizuara në kuadër të projektit.
Politikat e Inovacionit të Rritjes Blu (Blue Growth) janë shprehur qartë si një objektiv prioritar në politikat e përgjithshme të zhvillimit të vendeve tona, të bekuara me dete, liqene dhe lumenj.
Projekti BlueAir, ishte një mundësi e shkëlqyer për të konsoliduar angazhimin tonë për të promovuar Politikat e Inovacionit të Rritjes Blu në rajonin tonë Adriatiko-Jonian. Për më tepër, projekti stimuloi balancimin e interesave të aktorëve të ndryshëm në një sërë sektorësh. Në këtë drejtim, ai solli praktikat më të mira në qeverisjen dhe menaxhimin ndërsektorial dhe të koordinuar.
Agjencia Kombetare e Kërkimit Shkencor dhe Inovacionit si një nga partnerët në projekt ,prezantoi disa nga modelet e suksesshme të ekonomisë blu në Shqipëri, politikat dhe prioritetet e qeverisë në këtë sektor si dhe sfidat e së ardhmes. Në ditën e tretë të konferencës, pjesmarrësit u njohën me një nga pionierët e Ekonomisë Blu në Shqipëri, Kompaninë Rozafa dhe Fish City në Labinot. Ishte mbresëlënëse.
The conference " Moving towards an Innovation Community on Sustainable Blue Economy in the Adriatic-Ionian region" is the latest event of a multiyear project, which started as a partnership of universities, business, civil society organizations and public institutions of Blue Economy sectors, in the Adriatic-Ionian countries. It aimed at:
• Easing network through Blue Economy stakeholders’ involvement of the Blue Economy sectors;
• Creating a platform for dialogue and viewpoints sharing, on common challenges and positive experiences of the region;
• Bringing the community of scientific researchers closer to business and public institutions;
• Ability to leave a legacy of the knowledge that comes as a result of studies, observations and researches carried out in the framework of the project.
The blue growth Inovation Policies are clearly stated as a priority target in the overall development policies of our countries, blessed with seas, lakes and rivers.
The BlueAir-Project, was a great opportunity to consolidate our commitment to promoting Blue Growth Innovation Policies in our region. In addition, the project stimulated the balancing of the interests of diverse stakeholders in a variety of sectors. In this regard, it brought the best practices on the cross-sectoral and coordinated governance and management.
National Agency of Scientific Research and Innovation presented some of the successful models of the blue economy in Albania, the policies and priorities of the government in this sector, as well as the challenges of the future. On the third day of the Conference, participants visited one of the pioneers of the Blue Economy, Rozafa company and Fish city in Labinot. It was impressive.
