On September 27th, the University of Shkoder “Luigj Gurakuqi”   facilitated an online consortium meeting for the U2SID project. The purpose of this meeting was straightforward: to check in on the progress of each partner and to define the next steps for the project.

We were pleased to see consistent engagement from all partners, indicating a unified commitment to the U2SID project's objectives. The meeting was an effective platform for both reflection on what has been achieved and planning for what is to come.

Key points from our meeting included:

  • Assessing our progress: The session began with a review of our current milestones. This was a necessary step to understand where we are in the project and what needs to be done moving forward.
  • Planning ahead: A significant portion of our time was spent discussing actions for the next three months. Through collective brainstorming, we were able to establish a clear and practical plan that all partners believe is achievable and in line with the project's goals.
  • Maintaining focus: We reiterated the importance of ensuring that all our activities remain aligned with the U2SID project's central mission — to support digital transformation in the Western Balkans.

The meeting was an important reminder of the value of collaboration and clear communication. It provided each partner with a clearer understanding of where we stand as a consortium and what our next steps should be.

As we continue with the project, we're taking the insights and decisions from this meeting to inform our actions in the coming months.
