The second conference of the research project 🔬“Structural Monitoring of the Theatre of the Academy of Arts in Tirana: Innovative Technologies for the Preservation of Albanian Cultural Heritage” was held at the Catholic University “Our Lady of Good Counsel”. The project is funded by the Ministry of Education and AKKSHI, in cooperation with the Italian partner Tecnopolo d’Abruzzo.

The project has entered its second phase, following the installation of the permanent “SHM Board” system in the Grand Concert Hall of the University of Arts in Tirana 🏛️ – an advanced technological infrastructure that enables the monitoring, detection, analysis and prevention of structural risks, thereby contributing to the long-term preservation and protection of cultural heritage sites.

The conference brought together institutional representatives, experts and researchers from Albania and Italy, demonstrating the importance of international cooperation in advancing scientific research and technology transfer in support of the protection and appreciation of our cultural heritage.
