The Call for Scientific & Technological Cooperation is carried out in the frame of the Protocol on Cooperation in Science and Technology between the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Albania, signed in Ankara on 6 April 2010. Universities, private sector and research centres and institutes can submit joint proposals for scientific and technological research and development projects.
