Applying for Agency funding is governed by the adopted guidelines of 11.04.2017, which set out the procedures for submission, evaluation, implementation and monitoring of projects.

- Guideline no. 1 — procedure for submitting, reviewing and approving projects;
- Guideline no. 2 — evaluation of projects;
- Guideline no. 3 — design, approval and implementation of programmes;
- Guideline no. 4 — form of submission of scientific reports;
- Guideline no. 5 — reporting on implementation;
- Guideline no. 6 — procedure for monitoring successful projects.
Project proposals are assessed against the project-proposal evaluation sheet.
Application documents
Each call publishes its own guideline for the relevant year together with the application annexes:
- Annex 1 — application form;
- Annex 2 — financial proposal;
- Annex 3 — commitment declaration.
